Strategy for BB.B

• Develop partnerships with the schools and organisations in the precinct for facilities and programmes that incubate and feature new, creative ideas, particularly those by young or emerging talent;
  
  
• Enhance the physical streetscape to encourage more street-level activity; and
  
  
• Establish 1-2 anchor arts and cultural events that help bring together the precincts' constituents.
