- The online contest is open to all residents of Singapore, excluding employees of the National Heritage Board (NHB).

- The qualifying period for the online contest is between 1 August 2008 and 15 August 2008.

- All winners will be notified by telephone and email through particulars provided by the participants.

- All prizes are not transferable nor exchangeable, redeemable or refundable for cash, credit or any other items in part or in whole.

- NHB may at its sole discretion at any time substitute or replace any prize with any other prize of equal or similar value selected by NHB.

- Prizes not claimed within the said period shall be forfeited without any liability on the part of NHB to the winner.

- The decision of NHB on all matters relating to the promotion shall be final and no correspondence or queries will be entertained.

- NHB may, at any time at its absolute discretion, without notice or assigning any reason therefore, change or terminate the promotion or vary, supplement, amend or modify any one or more of these.

- All entries shall remain the property of NHB, which reserve the right to display or use them for any advertising/marketing purpose.
