How Else Are Donors Recognised

Aside from the Patron of Heritage Awards, the NHB has also introduced tax incentives to support those who contribute to our rich heritage, currently showcased at over 52 museums on the island.

The Public Art Tax Incentive Scheme (PATIS) is one which permits private individuals and organisations who donate, commission, display and artworks to claim double tax deduction. The Approved Museum Scheme, on the other hand, allows donors to approved public museums the chance to enjoy double tax deduction off the amounts donated in cash or artefacts.
