Judging

The organisers will convene a panel of judges to determine the winners. Their decision is final and no correspondence pertaining to the judging process will be entertained. The winners will be notified by post by the first week of September 2008.

Publicity

All participants and participating schools may need to accept media interviews for publicity purposes, should the need occur. National Heritage Board will inform the participants and their schools should such a need arise.

Rights of the Organisers

The organisers (defined as National Heritage Board and Ministry of Education):

  1. Will not insure the entries they receive or be responsible for the loss or damage of the entries;
  2. Reserve broadcast, publication, reproduction and exhibition rights to the entries received without requiring the permission of the participants;
  3. Have the right to disqualify any entry based on non-compliance with the rules and regulations, and any copyright infringements;
  4. Will not be liable for any copyright infringement on the part of the participants; and
  5. Reserve the right to modify the rules and regulations of the competition without any prior notice.
