Celebrate ASEAN!

It's ASEAN's 40th birthday and to celebrate this coming of age and Singapore's chairing of this regional grouping in 2007, we've embarked on a smorgasbord of exciting ASEAN themed events across NHB museums. Be awed by breathtaking expanses of paintings from many countries in Southeast Asia and Asia at the Singapore Art Museum. Or find out how the ten ASEAN countries share similar cultures
despite their ethnic diversities at the Singapore Philatelic Museum.

It's time to explore the different cultures of our neighbours this October!

 

 

This month we welcome ASEAN to our shores with a host of ASEAN-related exhibitions at our museums.

Closer to home, the National Museum celebrates her 120th anniversary with an electrifying line-up of exhibitions, performances and activities.

For our Muslim friends, we celebrate Hari Raya with free entry for one and all during our Hari Raya Open House at NHB museums.So come down for an eclectic taste of Southeast Asia now!
