
School is out! Let’s discover and create together with family and friends at ACM. We dedicate this Children’s Season to reflecting on the values that have helped us through the pandemic and ways we stay connected with our loved ones.
To make our programmes more accessible, we now offer both online and self-guided activities at the museum.
GUIDED TOURS [sold-out]

Prefer to join a guided tour? Sign up for a one-hour tour led by our volunteer docents.
The tour will be customised according to the themes of Children’s Season and will feature objects from our trail booklet. A tour is a great way to learn more about the unique pieces featured on the trail, as well as other objects in the galleries.
Limited slots available.
A refundable deposit of $5 per pax is collected upon registration on Peatix. This deposit will be refunded 24-hours after the event. In the case of a of no-show, the deposit will be forfeited.
SELF-GUIDED TRAIL BOOKLET

Pick up a trail booklet from our friendly Visitor Services staff at the Front Desk.
Go on a journey with your family to discover some interesting objects in ACM’s collection through fun learning. Be sure to keep an eye out for a few special pieces that embody the spirit of togetherness. A child-friendly audio clip featuring one of our trail objects is also available here.

MAKE YOUR OWN MINI SCRIBE'S TABLE

Pick up a free craft kit* from our Visitor Services staff at the Front Desk. The scribe’s table can be assembled at home.

Join author-storyteller Chen Wei Teng and Be Kind SG founder Sherry Soon as they bring you a fun morning of music and songs sharing a story celebrating the diversities in all of us. This story about Murphy, a special assistance dog, touches upon the themes of inclusion, kindness, and friendship.
You will get a chance to make an origami dog with the storyteller too. Prepare a square piece of paper and a marker or pen for the origami activity. Even better if your piece of paper is brown!

Come learn about the importance of family and friendship in this storytelling workshop inspired by ACM’s heart-warming monkey family sculpture.
Make your own monkey puppet before the workshop. You will then have the chance to recreate scenes from “The Monkey King” story, while manipulating your puppet.
