We recognise The Best - the people who propagate new solutions through design and act as a source of hope to the community.
SIDS 20 Under 45 Award is a recognition of the nation’s most distinguished and influential designers who have impacted the industry with a consistently excellent body of work, via various mediums and disciplines. Nominations are accepted from peers and third parties only. From 18 June - 18 July 2021, recipients' work will be showcased at National Design Centre's Level 2 Lobby.
Follow SIDS on Facebook to watch the award ceremony live as it happened on 22 May 2021. Winning designers also shared their thoughts and career path during the SIDS Symposium on 29 May 2021.
Organised by Society of Interior Designers, Singapore as part of SIDFest 2021. Supported by the DesignSingapore Council and hosted at the National Design Centre.
About Society of Interior Designers, Singapore (SIDS)
Society of Interior Designers, Singapore (SIDS) began as a professional body for Singaporean and Singapore-based Interior Designers in 1994. In the years to come, it grew stronger and in 2004 was the leading interior design body locally. As a non-profit organisation governed by law, the Society has not only to protect the standards of professionalism for Interior Designers, but to be able to resolve industry issues. It has a solemn duty to promote the creativity and professionalism of the Singapore Interior Design Industry to the world.
This event is part of the National Design Centre's "Casting Hope" programme line-up for April to May 2021.
