Behind Our Stalls: The Hawker Story
Curious about what goes on behind a hawker stall? Students from the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts’ Bras Basah.Bugis Youth Panel have put together a three-part short film series detailing the hawker journey of three different stalls in the Bras Basah.Bugis precinct as part of the Singapore HeritageFest 2021. The Hawker Story is a short film series celebrating some of the district’s beloved hawkers who add to its vibrancy. The team behind the series hopes to inspire Singaporeans of all ages to better appreciate Singapore’s hardworking hawkers.
