Drawing Out IX
SOTA Visual Arts faculty presents Drawing Out IX, an annual exhibition showcasing the multi-disciplinary talents of SOTA's Year 1 & 2 Visual Arts students.
The Year 1 students explored a variety of media such as drawing, ceramics and sculpture, discovered the nature of materials used, and learnt new techniques regarding dry media, sculpting, coiling and carving.
Year 2 students expanded their understanding of visual elements and principles of art within a 2-dimensional space. They created paintings with wet media such as acrylic, watercolour and oil paint.
