CMSG Turns One!

We opened our doors in December 2022 and soon we'll be turning one. Come join us for a birthday celebration!

Celebrate Children Museum Singapore’s first birthday with us during the week of 5 - 10 December 2023.

 

There are free performances, balloons, ice-cream and game booths at our museum's carpark on 9 and 10 December 2023. Tickets are not required for activities at the carpark. Find out more here

Entry to our museum remains ticketed and is free for all children on 8, 9 and 10 December 2023. 

To facilitate and manage the crowd flow, please pre-book a timeslot for your visit (our usual timeslot applies for museum visits). Each timeslot is for 1 hour 45 minutes visit:

Join us on an adventure to planet Zoink with our alien friends as they find out how birthdays are celebrated on planet Earth. This programme is a collaboration between Children’s Museum Singapore and LASALLE College of the Arts.

The Marvellous Sugee Cake

Simon’s family always makes sugee cake on special occasions. And today is one of those days. It’s Simon’s seventh birthday! He can’t wait to bite into a slice. But when Simon sits down to enjoy his treat, things don’t go as planned. Or so it seems, for unbeknown to Simon, his friends and family have been planning a birthday surprise for him – one that involves a marvellous sugee cake! This storytelling session is presented by the Speak Good English Movement.

Bundle Programme: Going Places – A Dramatic Storytelling Time and Scavenger Hunt!

Back by popular demand from Singapore HeritageFest 2023 in May, Going Places is a fun-filled two-part programme where participants go on a scavenger hunt in search of all-things-transportation in the galleries, followed by an artist-led dramatised storytelling and craft session.
