Children’s Museum Singapore (“CMSG") reserves the right to change these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy from time to time at its absolute discretion without notice and such revision will take effect when it is posted on the Website. Your continued use of the Website will bind you to such changes and you shall be deemed to have agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Use as amended.

Copyright, Patents, Trademarks and Other Intellectual Property Rights

All copyright in the text, images, photographs, graphics, user interface, and other content provided on the Website (“Contents”), as well as the selection, coordination, and arrangement of such Contents are owned by CMSG or third party licensors. You are prohibited from copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, displaying, performing or transmitting any of the Contents on the Website for any purposes (other than for your own personal non-commercial home use only) without prior written consent from CMSG. Nothing in this Website shall be construed as conferring any licence or right under any copyright of CMSG or any third party. All rights in the names, images and logos identifying CMSG, third parties and their works, products and services are proprietary marks of CMSG or their respective owners, and are protected from reproduction, imitation, dilution or confusing or misleading uses under trademarks and copyright laws. The Website and the Contents are for personal information only. The Website including all Contents and services made available on or accessed through the Website are provided on an "as is" and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind whatsoever. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CMSG does not warrant and hereby disclaims any warranty:-

CMSG shall also not be liable for any damage or loss of any kind, howsoever caused (including negligence), as a result (direct or indirect) of the use of or reliance placed on the information provided in the Website or any linked website, including but not limited to any damage or loss suffered as a result of reliance on the Contents contained in or available from or accessed through the Website. Under no circumstances shall CMSG be liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, special or punitive damages arising out of your access to and use of or inability to use the Website.

These Terms of Use and those found in CMSG’s Privacy Policy set forth the entire understanding and agreement between you and CMSG with respect to the Website. If any provision of these Terms of Use shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severable from these Terms of Use and shall not affect the validity of other remaining provisions.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. You agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts in relation to any dispute arising out of your use of the Website.
