1. Do I need to buy a ticket to enter the Gallery?
Admission is free for Singaporeans and PRs. More ticketing information here.
2. Do I need to book time slots to visit?
Monday to Thursday: Walk-in visits (last admission at 5pm), no advanced booking required.
Friday to Sunday: Advanced booking required, no walk-ins permitted. Book your time slots here. Each time slot is 50 mins long.
Plan your visit early to secure your preferred time slot. For assistance with bookings, please email NHB_ACM_VS@nhb.gov.sg.
3. Can I bring my stroller in?
Yes! The space is accessible to standard-sized strollers. You may also choose to park your strollers at the Stroller Parking Points located within the museum.
4. Do I need socks to enter the Gallery?
For safety and hygiene purposes, socks are mandatory for all (adults included) in our carpeted and soft play areas. Children under 12 must wear grip socks (pre-walking babies excepted). Entry will be denied without them.
5. Are there family-friendly washrooms at ACM?
Yes. A family-friendly washroom is available in the Basement. It includes a baby changing station, child-protection seat, and a nursing room with hot water dispenser. Most other washrooms have child-protection seats.
6. Can I feed my baby in the Gallery?
You’re welcome to feed your baby in the nursing room or at the Lobby area.
7. Are food and drinks allowed in the Gallery?
Please do not consume food and drinks in the Gallery. To keep the space clean, we ask that all food and drinks be enjoyed outside the museum. If you’re looking to grab a bite, pop by Privé at Level 1 for a family-friendly dining experience.
8. Will my child be safe here on their own?
Children under 12 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
ACM will not be held liable, or bear any responsibility, for any injuries, mishaps, or accidents that may happen in this activity space. By participating in the activities, participants are deemed to have accepted the aforementioned terms.
