Museums are more than just repositories of culture; they are active participants that engage meaningfully with communities, stakeholders, and the broader cultural landscape.
Drawing on his extensive experience in museum leadership, Professor Trinca explores how institutions can foster genuine dialogue within their cultural ecosystems, creating spaces where heritage, contemporary practice, and community needs intersect in powerful and transformative ways.
