Primary 6 Museum-Based Learning (MBL) Tours: Asian Adventures

Field Based Learning (Primary)

MBL tours are co-created with Ministry of Education to align to the Primary 6 Character and Citizenship Education, and the Social Studies syllabi. Museum Educators are trained to conduct the MBL sessions.

We have resources which you can use for a self-guided tour with your students.

Arts of Indonesia educational videos

These three short videos on the Indonesian arts of batik-making, gamelan performance, and wayang kulit performance, are designed as educational e-resources to complement MOE’s Primary 5 and 6 Social Studies syllabus. The videos were inspired by objects in our National Collection.

Primary School Collaboration Greenwood

Greenwood Primary has been our long-standing collaborator. Together with our Audience Team managers, teachers and students of Greenwood have worked to produce a collaborative resource for their learning journey. The students are then trained to guide the rest of their schoolmates. They build confidence and hone their presentation skills.

Should you be interested in a collaboration with us, please email our education team and your e-mail will be forwarded to the relevant manager in-charge.
