Concession ticket prices apply to the following:
- Senior Citizens (60 years old and above with valid ID)
- Students (with valid student pass)

*Valid proof of identity (eg. passport, school pass) must be presented at the Visitor Services counter to enjoy concession admission.
For Singaporeans and PRs, do present your Pink or Blue NRIC for verification purposes.
GETTING HERE
Peranakan Museum is a 10-minute walk from City Hall or Bras Basah or Bencoolen MRT stations.
Drop-off or Pick-up: Accessible via Loke Yew Street and Coleman Street.
Parking: Although there are publicly accessible car parks in the vicinity of the Peranakan Museum, there are alternative parking spaces nearby, such as NTUC Income Centre, Funan, Excelsior, and Peninsula Plaza.

ACCESSIBILITY & FACILITIES

Drop Off & Parking

Lockers and Charging Stations
Lockers and mobile charging stations are located on Level 1, behind the Visitor Services counter.

Seats
Benches are available throughout the museum on all levels. Portable, foldable stools are free to borrow at the Visitor Services counter.

Service Animals
Service animals, including guide dogs and hearing dogs, are welcome in the museum. Visitors with service animals are encouraged to call the Visitor Services at +65 6332 7798 or email nhb_pm_VS@nhb.gov.sg at least two working days in advance.

Wheelchairs and Strollers
All galleries can be accessed by wheelchairs. Manual and motorised wheelchairs, mobility scooters, and standard-size strollers are allowed in all galleries.
Manual wheelchairs are available for borrowing at the Front Desk in the lobby.

Entrance with Ramps
Ramp access is available next to the front entrance, which will lead you to the Visitor Services counter at the Museum Lobby.

Lifts & Stairlift
All galleries can be accessed by lift. To go to galleries at level 1, 2 and 3, take the visitor lift behind the lobby.

Accessible Washroom
There are 2 wheelchair-friendly washrooms in the museum.

A family friendly washroom with baby changing station and hot water dispenser is available at level 3.

Social Story
We welcome visitors of all abilities, including families with children and adults on the autism spectrum. To prepare for your visit, download the Social Story about what to expect while visiting the museum.

Magnifying Glasses
Magnifying glasses are available to borrow at the Front Desk.
For tour groups requiring more than 5 magnifying glasses, please call the Visitor Services at +65 6332 7591 or email nhb_pm_VS@nhb.gov.sg at least three working days in advance.
(Note: Magnifying glasses should be used with great care so as not to damage any artworks or showcases in the museum. They are of little use in the museum because showcases prevent visitors from getting close enough for the magnification range.)
