To ensure everyone can enjoy the full experience comfortably, admission to the galleries is by timed entry. Please secure your preferred time slot for SKULLPANDA CAGE-UNCAGE Showcase when you book your tickets.
Ticketing and Entry
- Both admission sticker and receipt are required for entry into the galleries.
- All tickets purchased are non-refundable and strictly non-transferable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or in the event that the organiser postpones, cancels, interrupts, or stops the show due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond their reasonable control.
- Each ticket admits one (1) person for entry to the showcase, and is only valid for a single entry on the date(s) stated on your e-ticket. Re-entries are not permitted.
- Entry is free for children under 6 years old. Children aged 6 and above require a valid ticket. POP MART and the National Museum of Singapore reserve the right to request proof of age of children during admission to the showcase. Any request for proof of age is solely for the purpose of verifying eligibility to purchase age-restricted items or access age-specific services.
- All children below the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
- Early Access tickets are only available online—no walk-ins permitted.
- The resale of tickets at any price is prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel any ticket that has been transferred or resold, and to deny any such ticket holder entry.
- POP MART and the National Museum of Singapore may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the show due to unforeseen situations or causes beyond their reasonable control.
- Entry is subject to the museum's prevailing Terms and Conditions of Entry.
Arrival and Time Slots
- Please arrive at Stamford Gallery (Level 1) 5 minutes before your selected time slot. We cannot guarantee entry for visitors who arrive 5 minutes or more after the start of their scheduled time slot.
- All visitors must strictly observe the last-entry times listed on the booking page. No entry will be permitted after these cut-off times.
Purchasing and Commercial Activities
- Admission to the exhibition is strictly for exhibition purposes and does not constitute an offer or a purchase agreement for any products. Admission to the exhibition does not guarantee the purchase of any product. If there are any sales points within the exhibition, all products shall be made available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Purchase limits on certain items may apply and will be announced by POP MART on-site.
- To protect our visitors and ensure a fair experience for all, unauthorised commercial activities, including but not limited to the sale, distribution, or display of unauthorized goods, services, and promotional materials, are strictly prohibited within the venue and surrounding areas. This includes ticket touting, scalping, and resale of merchandise, which are strictly prohibited within the venue and the designated exterior forecourt areas under the operational control of the National Museum of Singapore. We reserve the right to refuse to provide services and products to such consumers and to immediately remove offenders from the premises and involve relevant local authorities for illegal commercial activities. We reserve the right to ask offenders to leave the premises.
- Only visitors aged 12 and above are permitted to make purchases at all POP MART retail zones at the National Museum of Singapore. POP MART reserves the right to request for a proof of age and decline any transaction.
Safety and Conduct
- All visitors must follow safety guidelines and museum etiquette.
- Security personnel have full authority to control crowds and direct visitor movement for safety reasons.
- Respectful behaviour is expected; offensive conduct, discrimination, or harassment will not be tolerated.
- Failure to comply with safety and conduct guidelines (including the failure of an adult chaperone to supervise a child under 12) may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.
Photography and Recording
- By entering the venue, visitors acknowledge that they may be photographed, filmed, or recorded as part of the audience. These images and recordings may be used for event-related documentation and promotional purposes. Visitors may be asked to provide explicit consent if their image is intended for promotional use beyond the event documentation.
Liability
- POP MART and the National Museum of Singapore are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during the event, unless caused by the organiser's negligence or wilful misconduct.
