Open daily from 10am to 7pm
There will be a change in opening hours during the Singapore Night Festival on 22, 23, 29, 30 August and 5 & 6 September 2025. Last ticket sales will be at 5pm and last admission to galleries at 5.30pm (last entry to Singapore Odyssea at 5pm). The museum will close at 6pm for cleaning before reopening from 7pm to midnight, with free admission to all and last admission to galleries at 11pm (last entry to Singapore Odyssea at 10.30pm).
The National Museum of Singapore is open daily from 10am to 7pm. We open earlier at 9am on Quiet Mornings, held on the first Saturday and the first and third Thursday of each month.

Last admission to other galleries: 6.30pm
The museum is undergoing restoration and upgrading works as part of our ongoing efforts to preserve the building for future generations and provide a quality museum experience for our visitors.

Enjoy free admission for all to all galleries after 7pm for the Singapore Night Festival on 22, 23, 29 & 30 August and 5 & 6 September. Note that the Magical Companions experience at Singapore Odyssea will not be available then.
To ensure everyone can enjoy the full Singapore Odyssea experience comfortably, admission is by timed entry. Please secure your preferred time slot when you book your tickets. Note that available dates may take up to 10 seconds to load on the platform.

Not for sale or exchange. All tickets are non-refundable. Entry is subject to the museum's prevailing Terms and Conditions of Entry.
1 Valid proof of identity (e.g. passport, school pass) must be presented at the Visitor Services counter to enjoy concession prices.
2 Admission is free for All Galleries for students, staff and teachers regardless of nationality from the following types of schools in Singapore:
- 100% Government Schools: Primary, Secondary, ITE, Junior Colleges, Polytechnics and Millennia Institute
- Government-Aided or Independent Local Schools: e.g. Hwa Chong Institution, Anglo-Chinese Schools, Singapore Sports School, School of the Arts, Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts and LASELLE College of the Arts.
- Singapore Universities: e.g. NUS, NTU, SMU, SUTD, SIT, SUSS and NIE
Concession admission fees apply to non-Citizen and non-Permanent Resident students from the following types of schools in Singapore:
