Due to restoration works, the front entrances to Reunion and Café Brera will be closed until April 2025. The rear entrance to Reunion via the first floor of the museum will remain open during this period.

Reunion is the first purpose-built, dedicated social space for seniors in a local museum. Created by the National Museum of Singapore in partnership with the Lien Foundation, Reunion comprises a café and an activity space with a group activity area, an immersive projection cave, a Quiet Room, and music booths to encourage interaction among seniors and enhance their museum-visiting experience.

Reunion and its programmes are designed to be inclusive of seniors with mild cognitive impairment and dementia. Seniors can look forward to reconnecting with the past and sharing experiences with each other through senior-friendly programmes organised by the museum. They can also enjoy wholesome meals and conversations in the adjacent Café Brera.

While pre-registration is required for programmes, seniors and other visitors are welcome to walk in and enjoy the space before resuming their museum visit, especially on days when there are no programmes being held.

This initiative is made possible with the support of Lien Foundation and RSP Architects Planners and Engineers.
