Lunar New Year 2026

Happy Lunar New Year from the National Museum!

Our SKULLPANDA CAGE-UNCAGE Singapore showcase has ended, but our museum's permanent galleries remain open: discover our kid-friendly time-travelling experience at Singapore Odyssea, and journey through 700 years of Singapore history at our SG60 special exhibition Once Upon a Tide.

Join us for a night of cultural exchange on 8 March at Breaking Fast, Building Bridges as we gather to observe Iftar together. Hear reflections from migrant workers observing Ramadan far from home, and share in a communal meal of nasi ambeng.

With the March school holidays fast approaching, check out our Family Fun programmes from 15–20 March celebrating the diverse communities that make up our nation. We've got craft workshops, a scavenger hunt, inclusive showcase and more, with a Milo van coming by!
