The National Heritage Board (NHB) encourages greater community ownership of our shared history and heritage, with various grants schemes tailored to different heritage enthusiasts and their projects. A wide range of projects have benefitted from the scheme, from publications and documentaries, to exhibitions and events, adding to the variety of heritage touch-points and offerings Singaporeans can enjoy.

We invite you to apply for our grants.

Notice

  1. From March 2021, the Heritage Participation and Project Grants have been renamed as Minor Project Grant (supporting up to 50% of relevant total project costs, subject to a cap of $50,000) and Major Project Grant (supporting up to 50% of relevant total project costs, subject to a cap of $150,000).
  2. Please note that the Minor Project Grant and Major Project Grant are open for application two times a year. All applications must reach us on the closing date by 2359h. Please refer to the grant pages for more details on grant application dates.
