Shashlik Restaurant
Shashlik Restaurant was established in 1986, by employees of Troika, a former Russian eatery, and presents unique Russo-Hainanese dishes, including local interpretations of Russian fare like borsch soup and shashlik.
Lovingly revived by the founder’s sons, the restaurant preserves its original recipes, service style, and stories, ensuring its place as a cherished part of Singapore’s dining heritage.
